No idea about HND as I've never flown through there. In the morning, it's rush hour, even at 7 a.m. I always take a taxi or limo. You can certainly consider the ARL if you are traveling light; but the train is likely to be crowded, between commuters and the people trying to get to the airport for morning departures.
