What's you annual spend on air travel and how much did you spend on AS?

If you switch to Delta, I would mention this in my letter to AS' executive offices. And then, if there is no satisfactory response, send them a copy of every ticket booked on Delta going forward for the next year (with a copy of the original letter). "Hey AS, look, another paid F ticket going to Delta."
