As frustrating as it is, I'd HUACA. I had the exact same thing happen with a LH J award yesterday, and the only thing that fixed it was getting the UA rep to call LH directly. They ended up voiding my ticket and generating a new one.
The key phrase you or the UA rep need to hear from CA isn't whether the reservation is
ticketed, but whether you're
confirmed.
