Wow. I wonder how many of these stories we are going to hear about as they swap "upgraded" planes in for others. What criteria did they use to select the OP? Were there any upgraders in F? And what is AS' policy for providing compensation and fare difference refunds in this case?

Also weird that they (AS) didn't discover the problem until the OP was already seated in F.

OP should write a much more concise version of this post and send it to AS. Someone seems to have badly dropped the ball.
