Can you be more specific? Irrops and forced downgrades are two different things. I can almost always forgive the former, hardly ever the latter. Especially in cases like the OP's where your paid-F, not-an-upgrade, not-a-GGU BP counts for nothing. The whole F cabin on OP's flight cannot have been totally taken up with pax who paid the full freight.

You can put it down to inexperienced or incompetent contract personnel at outstations where AS has only 1x or 2x frequencies / day, but that is really not an excuse.
