Hello,

If I'm not mistaken, premium economy is full-fare Y on ANA.

I flew JFK-NRT-TPE r/t last December, and I called ANA reservations for a fare quote. Premium economy is priced closer to business class - I think it was a $5-600 difference, and it was over double the economy class fare. On the flight, both ways, there were only like 4 pax in premium Y.

So my impression is that you'd buy it like you buy other ANA air tickets, but the travel websites don't recognize such a thing as premium economy, and they often don't give me the obvious flights I want. I got things both cheaper and easier by calling ANA.

Hope this helps.
