You can add Toulouse CP to that.

Also we once stayed at the Radisson Blu at Amsterdam and were upgraded to a business room in the wing opposite street - not only no breakfast despite the business room had breakfast, there was a sign in an acrylic stand prominently placed on the desk that if it is being upgraded to business room, NO Breakfast included.

That Radisson Blu check in agent was odd though. He told me the price for continental breakfast but then added, nobody would really check / care if you also partaked in the regular buffet breakfast... He also told me the internet was free at the terminals on the "internet corner" at the corridor that connected 2 wings - despite there was a price list displayed next to the computer - but there was no credit card to swipe nor room number to enter - though I am sure if one is not told being free one would never go near those machines. During the times I used the machine, quite a few passers-by took a look and were turned away by the price list... Strange practice.

Back to CP Kowloon East - we stayed in the HIX next door and went to CP to have the breakfast - it was a reasonable basic buffet served in the banquet room - the offerings were better than what you may get at the low end eateries at HKD50 a pop, and you could eat as much as you could at the HIX set up. IHG members got a little bit extra options, namely some pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit and a lot better quality coffee. I have no complain on HIX for the purpose of meeting one activity of the current acceleration promo. Though at $670 + 10%, it aint cheap as one can get some local boutique hotels at 15 to 20% lower cost at much better location. I chalked it up as buying 10K pts at HKD110 or so.
