If you mean Dec 2nd 2016,
you don't have enough time to apply for the above cards, get approved (if eligible), meet the spending requirements (when applicable), then
find available award seats & book it all in fewer than 2 months. To say the least, that's not any cheapest option.
Lesson for the day, don't count the chicken when you don't even have an egg (aka 0 balance and no card at hand) when you have a timetable like that.
