Air Canada Turn Down Service in J

I just read this interesting news bit on CX.

When can I expect AC crew to offer to tuck me in, maybe read me a bedtime story, fluff my pillow.....

I heard it from an office staff in CX City this morning. Apparently all crew will be asked to go back for a mandatory 1 day training sometime in the coming months to learn the new procedures........
