Curious, isn't there a Consierge at LHR? I thought I noticed her last Friday off to the right side of the check in Counter. Do people use the airport Consierge? Or call in.
I was transiting LHR inbound from YYC. I had no outbound boarding passes from LHR. Short story is at T-15mins the gate agents at YYC put me on the YYC-LHR flight since my YYC-FRA flight just went into a 9hr delay. The calgary concierge team rebooked me while i was flying.
So, arrive LHR with no outbound boarding passes. Don't want to clear customs and head to the arrivals lounge or checkin area. Just wanted someone from the concierge service to meet me with a boarding pass so I could take the transfer over to T5.
For you LHR experts is there a better way?
