ETA: The Hyatt next door does advertise that their restaurant is open for dinner 7 days a week...that may have been an option, but strange that the front-desk person didn't suggest that. Live and learn.
Well, I googled Hilton Garden Inn Brand Standards and there are several documents that appear to be the corporate brand standards. I am at work and don't have time to go through them. Hope this helps!
