Use eBay passes all the time, don't believe this story
I don't know if I believe this story. I know exactly who is referenced on eBay and I use passes from eBay all the time. I am 1K so maybe they ask fewer questions. I don't have explorer card, but do have an older Chase card that gets me better miles than the new cards - so I do have CC miles showing up on my MP account.
