Does anyone actually pay UKP68? Why? I cannot see the value of spending UKP 68 from my pension on a seat booking. My last employer would certainly not have paid!!
Base on my experience over the past few years I think your BA191 flight will change aircraft type at least once between now and when you travel (787-900 -> 777 -> 787-900 -> 777). So if you do pay you will need to keep an eye on the seat assignment as BA won't tell you when the equipment change happens in the schedule.
I'm quite particular about the seat I choose (window, aisle access, low boarding traffic, more knee space on the left than right) so, if I had to pay and BA was the only non-stop, I probably would.
