Ah got it. I suppose I'd be wary of ceviche or sushi on a plane, but it had never even occurred to me not to eat cooked monkfish, shrimp, or smoked salmon (all of which I've had on board in the last few years). I wonder if the fact that airlines do offer fish regularly means they've determined that at least the way they're having it prepared means it's no more dangerous than meat or poultry?
