The following is an excerpt from the oneworld rules
Lounge Access

Members of oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes with the equivalent of oneworld Emerald or Sapphire tier status can use lounges offered by oneworld airlines when departing on any flight marketed and operated by any oneworld member airline
There for the issue of not getting access is twofold:
- 51st and Green is not a oneworld lounge, though you could argue that it is 'offered' by a oneworld airline, AA, and therefore that is why oneworld status passengers get access when flying on AA flights.
- Even though EI longhaul flights are marketed by BA e.g. EI105=BA6125) it is not operated by a oneworld airline (yet). Therefore no access granted.

What would be interesting to see is if an AA codeshare on a EI flight got you access with oneworld status. Though I expect this is only happen once EI join oneworld so it is a moot point.
