F1UKJB is, I think, a cash booking fare basis code. As you are travelling on a pure award ticket (plus a 2-4-1), this would not have been a correct fare to use.
In contrast, BAFM03 is one of the BA redemption fare basis codes. IIRC, the digits are a reference to the distance travelled, and a short-haul award ticket might be BAFM01 - although the digits do not correspond to the Avios redemption zones.
If you looked at the fare basis code when you originally booked the outbound as a one-way ticket, my guess is that it would probably have said BAFM03. When you phoned to add the inbound (presumably because it was out of range at the time you made the original outbound-only booking?) I suspect that the agent simply booked something as a placeholder, inserting or triggering the F1UKJB fare or fare basis code, before sending the whole thing off to ticketing for the proper stuff to get put in before ticket re-issue. And that this has now been done.
