I change these flights quite often and find the process rubbish.

Most of the time I can't change online as my tickets are booked by a work travel agent.

When I call BA, 50% of the time they forget / can't / won't ticket the change. I then end up stood at the airport (45 mins last time) while it is resolved.

If you call up, do all you can to get them to ticket the flight!
