I just recently got my 35K elite status and I'm a bit confused about the maple leaf lounge access. I showed up at the maple leaf lounge on floor 4 at Pearson international ( flying Alberta to Newfoundland) and I had one guest with me. I asked the lady if I can come here all the time and she said it was just once... I didn't have my altitude card on me only my boarding pass. But from reading online isn't maple leaf lounge complimentary for 35K?
