I've always had an immediate response, I think you got bad luck. Although on the issue of concierges, I think it was better when you used to next directly to lag, ord or Sfax or wherever you are. Not as good as when you used to call the city directly.

It was better back then but I couldn't complain too much about the centralized service as it was always really fast to get a callback from local concierge. Not so much last week.
