Major company card (the latter).

When I started work in the early 1990's, we had to run everything (air, hotel, rental car) through the company Diner's Club card. Fortunately, that company allowed us to keep the associated Diner's points.

But at most places I've worked since then, the employee has to request one if they really think they need it.
