Thank you! Qantas' site is so cumbersome and frequently unavailable so my strategy is to check the big consolidators (Expedia, Orbitz, etc.) and verify with the airline.

Good point about the mountain weather as I forgot to take that into consideration. I think my best bet is to depart from CHC. I'll see if it's possible to fly into ZQN but if not all will be okay.

An option is to go to MCO instead of JAX but it's twice as far and twice as much for parking so unless it saves us a bunch of trouble probably not worth it.
