The Star Alliance Lounge is quite nice, might want to start there and then move to the GOL lounge when you get closer to take off. I haven't been to the Executive Lounge, but I think its probably pretty similar to the Star Alliance one. The Gol lounge just opened. I live in SP so I have never connected there, not sure how it works with access in the terminals during a layover.
