What has Hyatt done to its website? It is horrible. Where is the reservations button? I have just logged in to make a reservations and it is hard to find reservations button (which used to be prominently displayed) and instead of looking for a city it drops down to specific hotel. What if you are looking for cheapest price in a city?
Hyatt - please hire some tech savvy IT people so they can fix your website! You are turning people off with this non-friendly website!
