Guys I am sorry if some of you feel I am in the wrong and maybe I come across wrongly. What I was disappointed about was the way the staff spoke to us and handled the situation and then to find out from the staff on the plane after they heard how the ground staff flight manger spoke to us,that there were three people who had no right to be in the seats instead of, and they were also going to place a report into Thai,it was a bad situation handled very badly.
If all the passengers deserved to be up there fine, but we flew over 600K miles with Thai so if we are not given some form of preference, then we will be flying with others.
