You may have seen my comments upthread, but I loved Santa Rosa and thought Temazon too impersonal. Which makes sense because Temazon is huge in comparison. But it depends on your likes. We had a perfectly quiet stay at Santa Rosa with an amazing staff to guest ratio, based partly on the fact that we were almost the only guests! But I think even if the hacienda was full, it would still be better at Santa Rosa. If you like that sort of thing.
