My late Dad's recipe for baked beans:
Fill a 9X13 casserole dish 3/4 full of Bush's canned baked beans.
Pour 1/2 cup molasses on top.
1 to 2 cups dark brown sugar on top of that.
Cover the top with raw bacon.
Bake until bacon is cooked limp and slimy.
Needless to say, I didn't like or eat baked beans until I moved out. Now I love em.
