Yup. I got that as well, and haven't bothered to register; those charges will go on my CSR where they'll earn 3x UR points.
As I recall, it was the second time I got this offer in the last 12 months. I suspect one selection criteria is "limited or no use of the Visa card" -- I have really only used it for AS flight purchases.
