Again, I would still have the card had they not handled the process so poorly. Losing a single customer is not good business, so I disagree with Mia's assumption. Especially the situation they find themselves in after losing the Costco contract.
Costco and JB. I'm crossing my fingers they will lose SPG too. I like to see bad companies get decimated.
