Just my two cents:
I have flown CX, AA and QR longhaul in business recently.
I like the CX and AA seat. The QR seat (on the 787) feels significantly smaller and I don't like that the table when showed is in your way if you want to bend your legs in the lie flat position. On the older 777 QR has 2-2-2 with no privacy and no aisle access from every seat, but the seat is very comfortable and spacious - much better than the 787 (good when you travel with somebody, less when you ar eby yourself).

AA has lots of different configurations, some are really outdated. The 773 is ok (very similar to CX).

Seatwise I would rank them: CX >= AA(773) > QR > AA (refurb) >>>> AA

On the few flights on CX C I always had great crews, food was ok. QR food is also good, service can be a bit hit and miss in my experience.
If you are lucky AA food is almost edible and the service usually bad.
