Commenting on someone's competence (or lack thereof), politeness (or lack thereof), or ability to do their job (or lack thereof) is fair. Commenting disparagingly on their physical appearance (or race, ethnic background, disability, etc.) is not.
You're missing my point. The op's message has nothing to do with anyone's appearance. It's the comparison between ANA and AC's customer service. Period.
Although I don't condone the op's use of the word, the message is still loud and clear to me.
