So I guess we are having card printing issue again.

Since the APEC cards issued by the U.S. only allow us to cut the lines (rather than using it to enter a country without a passport/visa), has anyone successfully used an old card with a old passport number? I have used my APEC card to enter China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and I never noticed the immigration officer actually checking the passport number on the back of the card. My old APEC card hasn't really expired although technically it's not longer valid because I have a new passport.

Update [10/3/2016]
I received the card today (so it took 10 calendar days including two weekends since approval).
