Does anyone here have experienced Jetstar out of KLIA2 recently?

I have a knapsack and a carry-on. I'm connecting in Singapore and don't want to check in bags.

7kg? My computer already weighs that much. But the website says total.

The call centre (Philippines I think) aren't very helpful.
