Just stayed here for one night. We had a two queen room and it was a bit small but nice and clean. Breakfast was good for being free-nice selection of items as listed above, as well as some French Toast (weekend special I believe).
We had an issue with the AC not working, and it took maintenance a little while to arrive, at which point they said there might be a small issue but they would fix it. So we went to dinner and received a call saying it could not be fixed tonight, and we needed to let them know if we wanted to switch rooms. At that point they said if we did not switch rooms, they would give us 10,000 points. This was a bit disappointing, but when we came back to the hotel to move our things and switch rooms, the front desk agent still gave the 10,000 points as a courtesy for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
Overall the staff was kind and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and had a nice, fresh design. We called the front desk at night to ask if they sell earplugs, and they ended up going to the Aloft across the way, and then promptly delivered 4 sets of earplugs for all of us in the room. That was above and beyond for us, especially in a select service hotel.
