I did this three times and always had an hour lounge time. One note. I booked AS for the feeder. They have this 20 minute reclaim guarantee which they seem to accomplish at their SEA operation.
FWIW, I've never had a long wait for bags at SEA with United: usually I'm sitting in E+ row 7, take a quick walk to the claim, wait up to 5 minutes, and my bag will be one of the first out (priority tagged bags, and mostly with evening arrivals - not sure if things are busier earlier in the day?). Bag check is also surprisingly empty most of the time.
(SEA can get a bit busy at security, but precheck has always been fast for me. SEA does also have CLEAR, and there are some codes floating around for 1-2 months free trial, in case you wanted to try. CLEAR is also available at SFO - either way it's not worth it for me with precheck, but could be useful for a non-pre traveller.)
