Yes - the VS systems are down today - 'manage my booking' and 'OLCI' are both affected.

Virgin's IT has been 'shaky' for some time now - we have been promised that when booking and ticketing are exported to the Delta system, all will be wonderful.

This keeps getting put back and put back, and I am not holding my breath.

All I can suggest is keep trying, but there is no reason to believe your seats will have been re-assigned.
