I have been trying to access our reservation for this Tuesday for the last five hours with zero success since I always like to double check my seat assignments. This is my first foray into VS - wanted to try their UC - but so disappointed with their website! The rep I spoke with said their systems are down, and to try periodically, but that was hours ago. Based on the posts I am reading, should I plan to just check in at the airport and hope that they haven't reassigned my seats?
