If that is the case, then, whatever showing on the screen during the booking is not only confusing but misleading as well. I selected the Economy Flex fare, chose flight and clicked on the fare rules. Yet the flights were booked into M fare, which is indeed a lower fare class. Does this count as a violation to the Trade Descriptions Ordinance in Hong Kong?
