These people are very slick. They took us for over $500.00 by refusing to honor the cancellation insurance we paid for. American Airlines were very kind and tried to help us, but couldn't do anything because we used this horrible online travel agency. I talked to 2 people in customer service AND a supervisor at CFN, but to no avail. They each gave me a different story: I didn't purchase the policy (which I was able to prove that I did), I waited 10 days to cancel (when the policy reads "any time for any reason"), and I would have take it up with American Airlines! Save your $$. Book with a reputable airline directly. Hard lesson learned!
