I've stayed here a few times and I like this property. You are right about the weekends being full with events and weddings. Every time I go, the parking lots are always packed. I've never gotten an upgrade. I need to try the restaurant one day. Is it in the same area as the breakfast? I've had the buffet breakfast and it's not bad. It is a very typical HR buffet breakfast. Breakfast is very busy and service is nonexistent. That said, you'll get what you need, you just need to wait.

I've always had good service at the FD. Everyone is nice and polite. That said, they do have issues with their emails when I request an emailed copy of my invoice. They almost never come and I always have to request it a second time.
