Hi All,

Lucky enough to be doing an LHR-JFK trip in BA F at the end of the month. Special holiday for my parents, and sadly, cabin both ways looks pretty busy already, so my "oh dear, we're going to get bumped" anxiety is going all out, especially as my parents are Blue. Would suck as I've waited about 25 years to be able to give them this. It's silly, I know, but hey that's me. Silly. That's a digression anyway, though soothing words would be much appreciated.

To the matter at hand... checking out the seating plans, the aircraft is a 777 on the way back (I expect -200), and two seats in the cabin (3K, 4K) are actually just not there on the plan. Not showing occupied, simply not there. (Please see attached - of course I added the exclamation mark)

I know 3E, 3F get skipped because of the 4 window versus 3 middle seat configuration, but strangely only 12 of the 14 seats are there at all). Facetiously, I'm wondering if there will be some "under construction" hoardings in the cabin, but out of a desire to fix my complete ignorance, anyone have any ideas on this or seen it before?
