So we have 2 main gripes....

It is the overwhelming feeling that Tea/Coffee/Water should be free and would offer BA difference to Easyjet etc, so they should have copied a more AA or AY approach.

Also Elites would ultimately like to feel that BA wants their business, it could be done so subtly from an IT perspective, same as paying with Avios but it discounts or recredits?

There are a vast amount of people who fly domestic UK/ short hall Europe for work weekly,

From a personal perspective as someone who flies from EDI to London multiple times a month and has 3-4 long hauls a year, I am not sure what the benefit is of BA when flying to Gatwick, looking at some dates BA will be £92 return and Easyjet £62. Maybe I'll change my mind when BA unveil a breathtaking world class lounge at LGW south!

Oh and don't get me started on the last two flights up from LHR getting a remote stand and bus at EDI!
