Not sure if this is the correct forum, but didn't know where else to ask this question.

I tried to book a hotel room using Rapid Rewards points.

When I click on More Rewards I get directed to a different site.

It says that I am logged in, but it also says that I have zero points and it won't let me book the room that I want.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

Also - was wondering what the terms of these hotel booking are? Are the reservations non-refundable? Or can I cancel within 24-48 hours and get my points back?
