Maybe. Priority Pass lounges do not collect payment, and do not know the terms of your membership. The lounge will decide how many guests may enter with you. Some treat children differently than adults. The lounge will report the visit, and number of guests, to Priority Pass and they will be paid according to their contract.

Priority Pass will then bill your Prestige card. Citi absorbs the cost for two guests, which means you might be billed for four guests, but if you review this thread you will find that Citi sometimes does not actually bill for extra guests.
