My brain hurts! I fired up Excel to check on my rewards. The good news is that the Citi web page shows the rewards calculation. The bad news is it doesn't match my calculation. Some over, some under. I seem to be a few cents ahead. But not sure I'd make a major charge with confidence.

Oh, the promised adjustments showed up. I think. Or maybe they just calculated this month's rewards wrong.

They said they would investigate back in July, when first I kvetched to Citi. 7-10 days turnaround. Now, at the end of September, I get the result. It says, and I quote, "We have reviewed your account and have determined that the rewards distribution is correct."

Not much to go on there.

OK, Citi keeps wallet space for another month.
