I've seen it a couple times at SFO, but usually we're staggered at least 30 seconds apart.

The entire cabin was staring out the right windows for the entire landing. I'd done a last minute SDC (which the concierge INCORRECTLY (and dangerously) processed as standby), so I ended up in a window seat. It worked out quite well
