It's essentially a square and there isn't much extra room in the living parts of the room once the sofa bed is unfolded.
I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom on the top floor as a Platinum. Your description of the room is spot-on.

Not a "full" hot breakfast, but still good nonetheless. Comparable to a Hyatt Place, there were two pre-made hot sandwich options (egg + bacon on bagel, egg + sautéed onions/peppers on English Muffin). But this Element also had chafing dishes with scrambled eggs and strips of bacon. Then other standard offerings: pastries, muffins on the side island with the coffee, 3 juices, 3 cereals, fresh fruit and canned fruit, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, breads + toaster, and a pitcher of smoothies. Oh, and the aforementioned latte/cappuccino machine.

Complimentary drinks and appetizers. There is a two-drink limit on alcohol, which consisted of a cheap red wine, a cheap white wine, Harpoon IPA, and Harpoon UFO White. Food options were limited but good quality. (One night it was BBQ chicken wings and garlic shrimp.) If you're already out and about, it's not anything I wouldn't run back for. But it's a nice way to unwind at the end of the day before meeting up with coworkers for dinner later.
