More service tidbits here...
- Each European and Chinese city will have its own menu for flights departing that city
- Flights ex-US will largely have the same menus
- Lounges will have both sit down table service from waiter and a hot buffet
- Wines will have more 'up and coming' selections and FAs being trained on how to explain them
- 5 instead of 4 main course choices - 5th choice will be salad plus protein option
