To me the 10% extra WN points with partner spend on WN Visa (2x) vs conversion from CSP through Hyatt (3 > 3 > 1.8) is outweighed by UR's flexibility and the ability to dump for CP on January 1 from the previous year's spend.
If going for CP with WN Visa, presumably it would take you months to achieve the needed spend. And if one holds URs, if (when) WN devalues he may have an alternative use for them.
And URs are useful for conversion to UA miles or other, especially to top off.
I may keep one WN Visa in the family for one more year as insurance in case WN devalues again, as I expect them to. At 80 or worse to the dollar, I'd consider converting to tax-free Amazon gift cards at a penny. Must be a cardholder to do that.
WN Visa only costs a bit to hold, though, with the anniversary bonus, so may just sock-drawer it.
