I've had a great relationship with Chase's credit cards.

I always let them know when I'm going out of town (travel alert) even though I also received an email about a year ago stating my United MileagePlus Club Card didn't need pre-notification.

However, some months later, I got to Philadelphia and had my card blocked while purchasing something at Victoria's Secret for my wife. Very embarrassing. I used another card and when I left the store, called them up and ripped them a new one.

That is the ONLY issue I've ever had using a Chase card. All other purchases, domestic and international, have worked every time. I feel very confident using my cards wherever I go without the fear of it being blocked. But, like I said, I still notify them via PM before I go anywhere just to be safe.

I also find their website very easy to use. I also like that I can schedule a payment while a charge is still pending. Over at Citibank, the charge has to post before it will let me set up an immediate payment. Winner = Chase.
