DL and US both had int'l business class only lounges. DL at ATL / JFK and US at PHL. They were ultimately dismantled in the name of cost cuts.

And AA has decided to let intl J passengers into its Flagship lounges starting in 2017.

No luck if you're a 75k/50k elite in coach - you're 'stuck' in an Admirals Club while the J pax are away from the 'unwashed masses.' I'm sure they'll be promptly downgrading the Admirals Clubs.

And if you look internationally: SQ only let J into their real lounges in SIN, *G get dumped into a separate area.

LH do go the opposite direction and give *G a slightly better lounge than J - but the differences are quite small (and they also have an F lounge).
